Irene, I agree with you ~ Faith in God carries us upward and onward, beyond what we could do on our own ~ even when we are so absorbed and focused on the present moment that we feel we've lost touch with His Presence. One thing that helps me remember is that His Love and Light shines brightly through the people in the room. I was there! I know that everyone in that room stretched. Didn't matter who we were when we arrived. There was something we brought with us that had been keeping us from showing up as big as we wanted to be, as big as we truly are. And between the trainers, the staff & volunteers, and especially the group support all of us walked, ran or got carried beyond our wildest dreams.
